Nourishing Breakfast Bowl

A recipe to start the day right. Simple, wholesome and a nourishing breakfast bowl !!
INGREDIENTS:
- Organic Hard boiled Eggs x 2
- Baked Sweet potatoes x 1-2 (with Dukkah or Sesame seeds )
- Steamed Broccolini
- Hulled Tahini
- Three kinds of Seasonal fruits :
- Blueberries or strawberries
- Pomegranates
- Mangoes or PapayaHulled tahini
METHOD:
- Boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes on Medium heat.
- Meanwhile in a steaming basket, steam the broccolini
- You can pre-bake the sweet potatoes a night before.
- Start placing them in your favourite bowl/platter: Eggs, sweet potatoes, broccolini and seasonal fruits

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the Eggs
- Pour generous amount of Tahini on Broccolini and Sweet Potatoes
- Sprinkle Dukkah or Sesame seeds on Sweet Potatoes
- Enjoy the colour in your bowl and relish each bite.
